Unfortunately, as you can see in this thread, there are no Windows 7 intel drivers for this chipset The Video driver is for the intel 915GM/GMS 910GML chipset. The first device is an intel Sigma Tel C-Major Audio chipset but there may be a problem finding drivers for Windows 7 for this chipset as it is quite old.
